Under his able leadership and guidance, brand Flamingo has stepped into new geographies as well as grown from a single product brand to becoming the umbrella brand of 350 products across categories. At Ascent, he is spearheading areas of special project, organizational transformation as well as new growth opportunities.

After completing his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Vikram completed his MS in orthopaedics from Safdarjang Hospital. He has also obtained an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He comes to LeapFrog not only with deep medical experience but with 10 years of experience in private equity through OrbiMed, a healthcare-focused fund, where he was a Director.

Dr Felix Olale is a partner and the global healthcare co-lead at LeapFrog Investments. Felix combines deep expertise across the healthcare value chain with operational knowledge and commercial investment experience across America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
After completing a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology at the University of Pennsylvania, Felix received his doctorate in medicine from the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine. He has also obtained a PhD in cellular biology from NYU. He began his career as a physician-scientist at the Skirball Institute of Biomolecular Medicine in New York, where he cloned two genes important for early organ development and regeneration.

His rich experience spans Omnichannel sales operations, Go-To-Market strategies, leading P&L management, E-commerce marketing strategies and implementation, Brand management, NPD & brand life cycle management, Supply chain and restructuring / Cost management, Consumer & Customer insights, Content creation & management, Market research data analysis , media, advertisement , trade & consumer promotions, merchandising, portfolio pricing & other marketing strategies, Digital Marketing expertise in B2B, B2C & Internal, etc. In his previous roles, he has worked with brands like Samsara Ventures (Singapore), headed his own venture Amalia Perfumes (UAE), Procter & Gamble (P&G), Al Tayer Group (UAE), Hiram Walker & Sons (Scotland & UK), the UB Group (India) and interned at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in India. He joined Ascent in 2023 and is the CEO of the organization leading the entire company towards growth.
