Mr. Shyam Sivaramakrishnan is the Chief Financial Officer of Ascent Meditech Ltd., bringing over two decades of diverse industry experience across auto components, healthcare, agri-products, laminates, and FMCG. A Chartered Accountant with a Master’s in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, he joined Ascent in 2021 to lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and growth agenda.
In his prior roles, Mr. Shyam has successfully led complex mergers and acquisitions, divestments, risk and portfolio management initiatives, and has been instrumental in driving change management and corporate transformation. Known for his structured thinking and proactive approach, he is deeply focused on building financial resilience, streamlining systems, and ensuring sustainable profitability.
Outside of his corporate responsibilities, he is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives through a Nasik-based NGO, contributing to areas such as child education, rural development, girl child empowerment, and environmental conservation. His leadership reflects a strong blend of financial discipline and social consciousness.
